Alex Donley CFP®
Alex was born and raised in Cincinnati, OH and loves to call it his home. He graduated from Walnut Hills High School in 1997 and he graduated from The Ohio State University (Go Bucks!) in 2002 with a bachelor’s degree and a dual major in Finance and International Business.
Alex began his career in Chicago in banking and later moved back to Cincinnati in 2005 to start his financial career with his current broker-dealer, now Equitable Advisors. Alex became a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM professional in 2013. He has become very knowledgeable in retirement planning strategies within the non-profit, governmental, and educational sectors. In addition to serving his clients, he served as a Regional Vice President for Equitable Advisors from 2015 to 2020.
Alex became a partner at Triplecrown Wealth Management in January 2021. Clint and Alex have partnered closely during their time at Equitable Advisors, sharing many mutual clients. Alex shared the same vision for Triplecown and wanted to help expand their planning practice to more clients throughout the Greater Cincinnati area.
Alex is married and he and his wife have three boys. He enjoys coaching his sons’ sports, playing golf and basketball, and spending time with his family. Alex is also an avid Cincinnati sports fan.
